The National have rescheduled their cancelled June 25th date for September 27th. They will still be playing the Casbah. Here’s the info:

Hello – thanks for your patience as we’ve worked on rescheduling
this show.

The new date will be Thursday, September 27. Tickets purchased for
the June 25 date will be honored.

We realize that not all will be able to attend the new date and as
such, there will be a one week window in which to obtain a refund.

Refund requests should be directed to kim@frontgatetickets.com.

Sorry for any inconvenience here – we are very excited that the
band has decided to play their new date at the Casbah as they could
have easily done a much bigger venue. We hope that all of you can
make the new show date.

I’ll still be there – although it will mean missing Girl Talk at the Epicenter. People who don’t care about getting a good spot for The National’s show can probably make both, but it’s going to be nothing but the front row at the Casbah for me that night.
