At this point of the evening, I just kept reminding myself that I only had three more bands to go (and a bunch of photos to edit) before I could get to sleep. I had been on my feet on the festival grounds for over 9 hours at this point, and my guess is that I had covered several miles of ground walking (and sometimes running) from stage to stage.

Not to belittle Vampire Weekend‘s performance – I’m sure it was great. It’s just that by this point, my brain had shut down, except for the part that knows how to take photos. And that’s about all I have to say.
